Home-based Customer Service Representatives

We are ramping up! TALENTPOP is looking for HOME-BASED Customer Service Representatives WANTED for US eCommerce Brands!

Salary Range: $3-$4 per hour
Work Schedule: 9am-6pm PST

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of CSR experience (email, phone, or chat)
-Proficient in English
-Experience in eCommerce is a PLUS!
- Must own a desktop/laptop (i5, Ryzen 5 or higher, Mac is also OK)
- Internet speed of up to 15 Mbps (both upload and download)

Job Details:
- Answer customer inquiries through email and live chat. (Social Media comments and DMs sometimes)
- Process refunds, returns, exchanges
- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and ordering
- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry
